Ever since that diagonal air base factor came into effect, airbases became rigged. The old school Basebuilder was alot better.

Also remove the auto shotgun from the gun menu. If you just camp a legit oldschool airbase, hold your mouse button down, zombies can't jump to the next peice no matter what.

I agree with these statements. I witnessed it myself as BB slowly lost players and in my opinion I would have to say it was mostly due to the Air bases with the narrow strips/obstacles. Most people think they are not even possible and get pissed off and leave. Others knowing that the air base are possible don't even try because they know how hard it is to get up there. The true BB players don't mind those airbases much but apparently there aren't enough "true" bb players which is evident by the amount of people the server has in it at any given time. When Tirant created the mod and the server first opened up it shot up the server ranks quick and was almost full 24/7. Now it's usually a ghost town in there.

Agree but Tirant has a good reason to take the Credit Mods out if you guys dont know it then ask <.< but kaboom is correct it did ruin all the popularity

no one knows how to boost thats why air bases "own"

no air base will ever be as good as one on the ground given equal time to build. Trust me Ive tried.

Think about it. Air bases always need to guard against 2 entrances. The regular way and the boost. even if you place pieces to block the boost, the nature of the base is that somewhere along the way you can boost up to it. You can try blocking off more boost spots, but then youre just wasting time/pieces that you couldve used on a grounded tunnel.

that simple principle alone makes Airbases inferior to ground bases. Not to say there arent good airbases, just not as good as potential ground bases. Plus if theres ever another tourney, the tourney mpa has a low ass ceiling.

i am a true bb player =) i dont mind if they change things as long as it doesnt change the way of playing
