Actually, I unlocked this because from what Dave has said, what I've felt, and everyone else has felt and what history says a lot of concerns have been repressed and not been able to be expressed. I think the community has a say in who is running it. Not just whoever trusts whoever. Because that's what happened originally. People trusted the wrong people, and then the wrong people had FTP and wah-lah. Trouble.

I'm gonna leave this open but try to keep it civil and politely express yourself / opinions.


Everyone has a right to decide who runs PCSHOP. Not just a select few.


I also agree that Cam and Gomer should not have FTP access. Don't get me wrong, he (cam) and I have had our problems in the past (gomer some what, but not as much) and that's not what I'm barking at here, but rather I think it's the principle of someone who's not a head, and hell, who's not even a MEMBER of PCSHOP let alone, someone who was stripped of admin, and banned from the clan to have FTP access, especially when about 90% of the clan despise the guy and says he abuses and is disrespectful. I don't care who gives out how much money for what, if you can't play nice and play by the rules you're outta here in my book. Hell, I would have donated money if anyone would have asked me. Don't have to give the guy FTP access just because he donates $$ (If that is indeed an argument).

Also, I can vouch for the solo 1 man army thing, I've seen it happen a lot as well as personally had it happen to me as well as about 100 others I'm sure.

ANYWAYS:

My point is thus: The heads are heads for a reason. Otherwise, anyone / everyone who has FTP can just override the heads at any point in time. Or do things with out the approval or knowledge of a head (if and only if/when they find out to approve or disapprove of said actions).

I believe that only the heads should have FTP. No one else. Regardless of circumstances, character, actions, experience, or monetary value.
