As for beginner songs, some pretty good ones have already been recommended I see, if you really wanna go easy, Hey There Delilah by Plain White T's Razz.

True story. I learned the intro to that song, and I was playing a show one night with my buddy. We stopped to tune at one point and jokingly some girl asked if we could play hey there delilah. I stopped and laughed for a sec then started into it and every female in the room swooned. I'm a master courtier/wooer.

also, easy songs: the ataris-san dimas, brand new- sowing season, saves the day- third engine (you can watch my youtube video for chords/strumming)

My one friend loves Saves the Day to no end. His favorite band by far nothing else comes close.

They're alright but punk isn't really my thing.

They're not even punk. pop punk, maybe. Listen to through being cool and change your mind.

can't slow down was their "punkest" album because they were really shooting to emulate Lifetime's sound, and did a pretty good job.

I'm pretty good for the guitar (acoustic aylon string) I been playing it for 5 years its pretty easy to learn. My first song was jingle bells then eye of the tiger and then so on. I'm also trying to learn how to play on the piano but its so hell hard to learn all the fucken notes I get ragingish when I press the wrong key

I hope you're joking about sum 41, rain. I'm not familiar w/ the other one, but I was thinking more along the lines of the casualties, blackflag, H2O, the descendents, early bad religion, etc etc

As long as Christie is in the Gov seat you're not gonna get a job here. I like having someone from NJ in PCSHOP but you may have to move if you want a teaching job in the next 3 years.

I like Cuomo up in New York he seems like he's about to change everything for the better... though they're also financially fucked idk what jobs are like.

Yea cuomo seems legit, but i dunno. my friend keeps telling me to move to NC as I could probably get a job hella quick and the cost of living is significantly lower. Oh well. Time to play it by nose.

    in the mean time...
