    I'm guessing it's a compilation of maps with some plugins attached to it making it a mod.

    Like, having syops_jailbreak then adding /lr to it as a plugin.

    Back when it first came out it was just maps, so we had to do last request manually. But plugins for that soon came, and then it pretty much evolved.

    But you don't need plugins to play it, just the map.
