Sorting out the rules

I've read the rules several times but idk what is allowed or not in the following situations. It's usually not an issue but both I and LOLWUT take a liberal point of view to this constitution and are trying to push our power as far as it can go.

I'm a CT, LOLWUT is a T

If I say "if you leave the cage you will be killed," and he leaves the cage but runs back in. Say I'm not quick enough to react and kill him while he's outside of the cage, can I just kill him or is he safe in the cage, having been outside of it post-rule?

We're playing Simon Says and I say if you move at all you will die. I then go inside of the cage and he starts coming at me and slashing me because I am "taunting". I understand that I cannot shoot as a reaction to the fact that he's slashing me in the cage. However, I shot him in the face because he broke my rule as Simon. The way I see it the rule holds no matter where I am, but he believes it was overridden the moment I stepped into the cage. Ruling?

What do you guys think? Not that it matters because Jager should make the ultimate decisions here anyway.

I think that if a T leaves a cage and quickly goes back in then it should be overlooked since it is the CT's fault for not reacting quick enough. And if you run inside the cage, thats considered taunting. If you taunt then the T's can kill you only if they are in range, but they cant run outside the cage and chase the CT.

the rule is ct can not enter the cage unless they want killed even if during simon says in most jb servers anyway

Same. I also think friendly fire should be on, and you get killed for team killing. In prison, inmates stab each other! Also I hate the freeday thing. I think freekilling cts should be slayed. A real life prison guard who murders inmates that are peaceful, won't last long as a prison guard lol. Plus, your reward for getting killed and having to wait, is that you get to run around the jail... And wait for them again? Lame.

In real life if an inmate approaches a guard he can tell him to back off and defend himself before being stabbed, especially if he's already running around with a fucking knife.

if a t leaves the cage and gets back in before you can kill him hes safe. if ANY cts goes into the cage a T can kill him no matter what commands are.
