Do not unban him. HE KNOWS THAT IS ILLEGAL! He would yell at other people who would make surf bases. He was also kicked multiple times before you came back with warning s before the kick. After i banned himn for 30 minutes, he continues to break rules, so i banned him for 7 days, as was the time told to me by Kaboom. I was told if he continues to break rules i was allowed to Perm Ban him.

Convo i had with the person who called me in VERIFYING it was indeed K3AN that was in the surf base. He knows it is illegal because, as i noted before, you tell ppl on mic that it is illegal and tells me i have to ban him or kick them.

now we need proof of the surf base i mean i understand why the ban was made but with our proof of this base there really can be no ban on the matter... from your ss's i see he has broken the rules on several occasions before but for all bans there needs to be concrete proof of the offence...

there is no photo or demo proof... only proof i got is witness from GeeYouKnit. It is already in the list there... i can try to get more ppl with it when im in game.

again there really cant be "proof" with out a demo/ss of it... and really we cant trust other peoples words as well they could all genuinely not like the guy and or be friends of one another thus out numbering the accused on the subject at hand...

so because there is no physical proof of this alleged surf base my vote is to remove the ban... although i dont doubt the legitimacy of the ban based off of what has been said... it really is your word against his on what he knew or didnt know... and there is not proof of him being warned or told that surf bases are illegal or if they were legal if 1 piece is used...

just remember if bans are being made based on hear say from others and it is appealed then it will be over turned... there has to be demo/ss proof of all bans...

and yes impersonating a PCSHOP member is a bannable offence i feel that the use of perm banning is excessive for it though temp would be more of a just ban as im sure with warning and explanation of why they were banned would get the point across

so what he needs to be unbanned? i dont like it but it is comming from bans management... ill just get a demo/ss next time...

Don't see how you can prove it's his secondary account, also because that name and steamid you got there came from that thread Killer made about a guy who was blatantly aimbotting, the same guy you posted called 'sk cheekz' just that you're missing a 4 at the end of his steamid again. That steamid belongs to a guy who plays under the name, 'xhilaration', he pops in bb a lot, check his steamid.

I am afraid he may have hung himself with this statement. He admits he did it which is the point of a demo, to prove if he did it. I think the problem is will he do it again?? If he is continually breaking rules i am thinking he will again and again.

Maybe he has learned his lesson because of all this.

i would think if he were to ever learn, then he would of by now and i wouldnt have to end up perm banning him. I could change the ban to an extremely long ban (like 100k minutes = about 70days) and hope by the time it is up he would have learned and would decide to come back and follow the rules. but that is if the perm ban is felt un-necessary.
