You have to download some sort of steam map Editor, can't remember the link. Then you make 4 perpendicular walls forming a square while selecting the height of your walls. This will lead to the length, width, height of the area you build in. It should look like this: _

Then add pieces you would like to be displayed on your map while downloading some sort of plug-in to be able to move those pieces.
Add a CT/T Spawn by selecting where they spawn with some sort of spawn selector.
Create a separate box for the Terrorist spawn with a door opening at X time.
I imagine it isn't that hard.

your half-life files are in your steam folder in steam/steamapps/ they are hidden, go to view>folder options>view hidden files, download crafty at nems tools. With that program, you can extract the game files from cs that you need. Sort of like extracting from winrar, except you use crafty for cs files.
