/lr tittle to short

ok so last night i was playing jb and i got to /lr so i felt cheap and made the guy freeze in a corner while i froze right beside him and my rules were to freeze in the corner and don't move at all. well lolwut disagreed and said that it was all admins had to agree on and i didn't see that in the /rules. so finally the ct froze i shot he turned around and shot me. he disobeyed my order i have the right to kill him because he disobeyed my rules but lolwut disagrees and i don't get my fd. so here are the rules about /lr and no where does it say that all admins must agree on the /lr and it was fair i froze he should of frozen also yea its cheap but thats how shit gets in that server.
Last Request:
32) The last prisoner remaining earns a "last request". The prisoner can choose his last request by typing "/lr" in chat. He must then state the rules. An admin may intervene if the stated rules are unfair.
33) The last prisoner has the right to a last request during every round, even if he was a rebel.
34) When you are the last prisoner alive, you have 30 seconds to choose a last request. Delaying longer may lead to a case of death.
35) A CT may not interfere with someone else’s last request or he may be shot.
36) Any /lr that is judged to be a tie is resolved by a knife fight.
37) You may not restrict CTs from the room where the /lr is occurring.

Felt cheap? So you knew you were going to win?
Freeze? So pretty much, You get the first shot with a m4a1 lets say, he has to freeze beside you, and you aim the crosshair at his head while hes frozen before the S4S starts, and then say "Okay ready?" Bam! Headshot, "I didn't move, I just shot my gun and he lost"
I didn't say that exactly, Pretty much, I'm not sure what Rad said but he said something like, if an admin thinks the LR rules are imbalanced or unfair, they may interfere. As I said before, I'm not sure what Rad said exactly to me, what I said was off the top of my head.

No duh it's cheap, It's more like you win no matter what, with you having the first shot. Thats how shit works in the server? Playing like a goof cheating people out and making them have no fun? I can easily just say "Freeze facing me, I'll do the same after my first shot" every time and win IF i get a gun that does 100+ damage to the face. >.>

Regardless if its cheap I obeyed all rules set forth to me in /rules its my lr I can do anything I want as long as I don't break any rules. And if a rule isn't in /rules it doest mean shit.

my only question is when did freeze become a last request. the only last requests i know are knife, gun toss, highest spray, race and shot for shot

I think it's utter failure that you didn't kill him with 1 bullet. I don't care what the weapon was, you should have powered it up. I mean, he was frozen... in a corner...

More like the /rules are perfectly fine they way they are I say...People are just finding more loop holes and getting more anal about things like I did a month ago, I stopped doing that, It got annoying. >.> I was just like "K I'mma stop saying, you didn't say what side i had to stay on"...It's quite annoying.
