    what are you guys setting your stuff to?

    these are my settings in console. rate 25000, cl_cmdrate 101 cl_updaterate 30, ex_interp 0.01, cl_dynamiccrosshair 0, fps_max 101

    I also turned off virtual sync on my graphics card. This is located in the graphics card properties and will boost frames per second from 60 to 100. If you would like to see how many frames per second you have there are three ways to view it. use this command:

    "net_graph 1, net_graph 2,and net_graph 3"(most commonly used FPS meter. Typing "net_graph 0" in console will turn it off.

    cl_cmdrate 101, cl_updaterate 30, fps_max 101, rate 25000, s_buffersize 100000, ex_interp 0.01... umm what does the cl_dynamiccrosshair 0 do?? j/w. i think that's all the rates i use....

    rate 25000 cl_cmdrate 101 cl_updaterate 101 fps_max 101 cl_sidespeed forwardspeed and backspeed 400 dynamiccrosshair 0 (it makes your cross hair stable on 0 and move on 1)

    Pretty much the same as everyone else's it seems, I use net_graph 3. I think you meant vertical sync.

    Should I be using cl_updaterate 101 instead of 30? CS comes stock with 20. The reason I made this thread is because I wasn't sure on what I should use for that, lol. What are your rates? Icon_queen
