It occurred to me that the bots in the battlefield2 server dont show as a confirmed kill. I was playing in there and I killed atleast 30 bots and I typed /stats and it said I was 8k-6d because there were only a few real players that i killed. However, when killed by a bot it counts as a confirmed kill on your /rank stats. Is there a way that this can be fixed?

I'm pretty sure bots count towards global kills. I know they don't count for badges and shit though. I had no idea about it counting against you though. Hm..

I informed dave about this problem the other day and he confirmed to me that it was true that they weren't registering as badge kills, only global kills. He told me he knew about the problem, but wasn't able to fix it because he has been busy which I can understand. Give it some time guys, Dave's doing a good job and is doing everything he can to fix the problem.

It's not a problem it's an option. But if you make bots count bots will show up in top15 ect...

Oh yeah sorry, I changed it yesterday. They count for your kills now. The only reason it was off, is that the bots play like 10x more than anyone else, so they will fill up the top15, plus, people can go in the server at 4am and just bot kill all night, and be in first place.

Yes I would very much like to limit the bot count. In the beginning it was 4 per team, and as soon as there were 8 people in the server they would be gone, and there would be chaos (in a good way). Now it's 8 and that means bots are perpetually killing me while I'm camo or invis.

That's because everyone cried that they were too skilled, lol. If we do 3/3 bots (3 in each team), once you get 6 people in the server, the bots are all gone because humans replace bots. So if you want 3/3 bots when there are 6/6 humans- we need 18 bots.. Get it? So I don't care but you guys need to make up your minds! lol.

I think MaNg and I both meant just 3 bots per team and let them go away as soon as enough people come in the server. As in 3/3 bots and then when there are 6 people, 0/0 bots.
