Does anyone remember me or have any idea who I am? No? Okay.

Anyways, if anybody manages to read this I have one question: What the fuck happened?

I stopped being active here around my junior year of high school and four years later this place is in shambles. It's kind of saddening to see since I spent so much time here and met so many people, who I never managed to keep in touch with unfortunately, it almost seems like it was a total waste.

Ya i bought it a few months back(turned me from a COD fan to a BF fan) and soon after i got it my XBox DVD reader crapped out.. So I need a new XBOX but i'm still deciding whether i really want to buy another one.. I don't play much of anything.

Like junk said, the whole mobley/OML incident was a huge blow to the community. A lot of people left right after what mobley did thinking that PCSHOP was done, and some of them made sad/bs stories of how they suddenly have to leave the community just days after the incident. If anyone wants to know what happened, I can recall most of it, but I can't remember what triggered it exactly.
Anyway, what Tirant said is also true, along with the fact that this game is old, and no matter what the mod, pretty much everything else looks the same as it did years ago, so it's not surprising people could also be simply bored of it.

What exactly happened? I vaguely recall the name mobley, but I don't remember from what.

He was a PCSHOP member, and he took cs a little more seriously than the other members, and was also put in charge of PCSHOP a little while before the incident. OML was also a member, and a forum moderator, and also lied about his age twice, which was actually 13 at the time. There was a third guy who I think got admin from Tirant because he helped with something.
I'll make this long story short. Those three got into an argument over something, mobley against OML and the third guy. OML bans mobley from the forums, mobley comes back, they argue some more, OML changes mobleys gender to girl, that helps make mobley more upset and he starts threatening to delete servers files. Dave tried to talk him out of it, but mobley threw a hissy fit and deleted the files. People left when they realized those 5 or so servers were not coming back. That's more or less it. That didn't end PCSHOP though, thanks to Tirant and Anon.

Here's what I originally wrote and this was supposed to be the long story short version lol. So the above is even shorter than this below. A little more detailed of course.

Same, to know that PCSHOP is dead because of this incident makes me curious. Ive never heard of those two (OML sounds vaguely familiar though) Can you give me more details? I'd like to know what happened..

The servers were down for a long while and people kept saying it was dead, so people just kind of forgot. Then we had COD and BB up for a while. Ran out of funding I'm assuming and now we are here. I miss nothing more than BF2. That was my shit, I have some screen shots on my other computer actually.....I wonder whats on there o_O
