    LOL thats sweet.. after you get mad tricks with that, get a flashy balisong(sandpaper the blade tho hehe. save yourself the gashes), then go pick up mad chicks with knife flipping chill

    well the balio pen is just a pen, no knife or sharp edges or anything so it's not illegal. But a balisong otherwise known as a butterfly knife or a Batangas knife or sometimes called Bente Nueve is a butterfly knife which is illegal in California. And YES I know how to twirl one!
